plug that can be connected to the ABC01 centrifuge via a hose.  <br \/>It is via this pipe that residual water can be emptied from the machine&#8217;s treatment tank and sent to the effluent treatment centrifuge.  <br \/>It features two side tanks: a waste water tank, where dirty water is stored until it can be treated, and a clean water tank, where effluent is stored once it has been treated.<\/p>\n<p>Once the machine is ready for effluent treatment, the dirty water is treated by centrifugation in a sludge bowl, which rotates at high speed to press solid particles against its walls, while the water flows into tank number 2, for clean water.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div treatment process, depending on the composition of the effluent.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, these waters are loaded with various particles, including traces of chemical additives, metal and abrasive residues, ceramics and plastics, which give the water a cloudy appearance.<\/p>\n<p>Our ABC01 tribofinishing centrifuge is therefore more than necessary for the treatment of effluents discharged by tribofinishing machines during the processing cycle.<br \/>Thanks to its indispensable action, the ABC01 centrifuge will recycle dirty water, enabling it to be reused in future tribofinishing
