The special shape of the elliptical processing tank optimizes the drying surface of the parts, while minimizing processing times. <br>A special feature of this model is its <b>single-speed motor<\/b>, with adaptable weights set to transfer vibratory motion for the most efficient finishing. This makes the VBD series dryer <b>the model of choice for continuous or batch processing of parts<\/b>, which can be loaded into the drying machine via the dedicated side loading chute.<br>The VBD dryer is equipped with heating resistors designed to heat the vegetable abrasives, mainly corncob, which dries parts by absorbing moisture, acting like a sponge.<br>Corncob also plays a role in in the treatment tank, which rotates in a circular centrifugal motion, generated by a belt and a powerful motor, drying the parts by removing the moisture they contain via a centrifugal
