The HT series vibrator, the VB1 series or the HT2D dryer will be the most suitable.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>For processing large parts, we recommend opting for a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finishtech.fr\/en\/tribofinishing-machines\/linear-vibrator\/\">linear vibrator<\/a>, ideal for this type of part.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The nature of the application: <\/strong>This is one of the first questions to ask yourself. To <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.finishtech.fr\/en\/deburring-potential-and-key-steps-of-the-process\/\">deburr<\/a>, descale, <\/strong> <strong>radius, <\/strong> <strong>polish <\/strong>or clean your parts, you have two options. Both circular vibrators and linear vibrators will give you excellent results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">In addition,  <\/span>some  <span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">parts <\/span>require drying  <span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">at the end of the process<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>For these parts, there are two possibilities:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Combine a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finishtech.fr\/en\/tribofinishing-machines\/dryers\/\">dryer<\/a> with one of the machines mentioned above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>OR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Opt for a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finishtech.fr\/en\/tribofinishing-machines\/dual-machine\/\">dual machine<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>An exceptional 2-in-1 machine that processes and dries your parts <span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\"> in one and the same machine<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">By choosing this option, you ensure the most complete processing possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Part fragility: <\/strong>The fragility of the parts is another major factor to take into account. When processing fragile parts, some may be damaged by knocking against each other. To avoid this, we recommend placing separation carousels in the processing tub of your machine. With so many accessories available, it is not easy to find your way without the help of an expert in the field&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>It is important to consider whether or not to include an accessory, as this matters depending on the parts to be processed.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>At the end of the mass finishing process, some parts are difficult to separate from the media. In these cases, we recommend choosing a machine such as the S series circular vibrator, for several reasons:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This vibrator has a separation system that offers a double benefit: on the one hand, it protects the parts during processing, and on the other, it facilitates the process by avoiding any difficulties related to separating them manually from the media.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This is also the case for certain difficult applications such as stainless steel ball burnishing, for which we recommend a B series circular vibrator, which combines a powerful motor, special springs and a special rubber lining, all specifically designed to facilitate the movement of the parts.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>If your application requires parts to be dried at the end of the mass finishing treatment, we advise you to include a dryer, the choice of which will depend on the specific features of the parts.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Sometimes it is not possible to use plant-based media for drying certain parts because of certain risks, as is the case with blind-hole parts, for example.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You can then opt for dryers that use a centrifugal process, such as our CFD dryer or the CD series dryer, both of which work without media.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\"><em>Tailor-made solutions<\/em><\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>We are aware of how important it is for our customers to be supported, and of the confidence this gives them.
