Our workshop in Reims

Reims, Champagne, France

Behind every mass finishing machine delivered by Finishtech there is a workshop in Reims where it is received, assembled, set up and tested before it hits the road. This page opens its doors.

Finishtech supplies and commissions mass finishing machines and their consumables for industry: round and linear vibratory machines, centrifugal machines, separation and drying units. We work with manufacturers in mechanical engineering, automotive, aerospace, medical and precision turning who all share the same need: deburred, polished or brightened parts, produced repeatably and without unnecessary labour.

The Reims workshop is where that promise takes shape. Depending on the configuration, machines are dismantled, reassembled, connected and fine-tuned here by our team, especially when they include advanced automation systems. It is also where we run trials on your parts: you send us a few samples, we select the process, the media and the cycle time, and you receive finished parts together with the protocol used to obtain them. Nothing replaces a part you can hold in your hand.

What happens in the workshop

01

Reception and assembly

Every machine is checked in Reims and, when needed, dismantled, reassembled and connected: frame, lined bowl, vibration motors, control cabinet, automation.

02

Trials on your parts

Selection of the process (deburring, polishing, brightening), media and cycle time on your own parts, with a written report.

03

Final set-up and shipping

Final adjustments, inspection and preparation for transport. The machine arrives at your site ready to produce.

And this is only the beginning

Finishtech is preparing to move into a larger space, to host more demonstration machines and run even more trials. New photographs will be added to this page.

In the meantime, if you are passing through Reims, the workshop can be visited by appointment. You will see the machines running, compare processes and leave with a clear idea of what mass finishing can bring to your parts.
