If you are hesitating between several technologies, the safest option is a trial on your parts: you send us a few of them, we process them on the machine we have in mind in our Reims workshop and you judge the result before investing.

For a quick answer, please tell us if possible:

  • the material and the initial condition of the parts (as machined, cast, laser cut, 3D printed);
  • their dimensions and shape;
  • the target finish: deburring, satin, bright or mirror polish;
  • the volume per week or per year;
  • your current equipment, if any.

What happens next?

  1. We review your request and contact you to clarify the useful points: geometry, expected surface finish, throughput.
  2. If needed, we organise a trial on your parts: you send us a few representative parts, we process them and you judge the result.
  3. You receive a costed proposal: machine, suitable consumables and commissioning support.
